BEFORE YOU DEPART
Leave the driving to someone else for a change, and start your vacation early with a smooth ride to the ship. We have ground transportation partners everywhere, and they’re all committed to your safety and comfort as they get you to your vacation.
You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom, 24 hours a day. Prices will vary on the cruise ship. You can also use stateroom Internet connection or Hot Spots to send an e-mail to your friends or family for a minimal fee.
It is customary for our guests to extend gratuities to the shipboard staff in appreciation for their hard work and exceptional service. 100% of your gratuities are distributed to the crew who you interact with, such as your stateroom attendants, dining, bar and culinary services staff, as well as others who work behind the scenes to enhance your overall cruise experience. The automatic daily gratuity is based on customary industry standards. Applying this charge automatically helps streamline the recognition process for the crew members that work to enhance your cruise. We hope you find the gratuity to be an accurate reflection of your satisfaction and thank you for your generous recognition of our staff.
Guests should arrive to the port no later than 120 minutes prior to the published sail time. Guests should adhere to the published check-in windows, where applicable, that can be found in their E-docs (electronic documents) or during general boarding which depends on the ship’s sail time.
Due to new government regulations requiring cruise lines to submit final departure manifests at least 120 minutes prior to sailing, guests are requested to complete Online Check-in no later than 3 days prior to their cruise. If you do not complete Online Check-in 3 days prior, you will be required to complete this process at the pier at least two hours prior to the published sailing time.
